Is biking an appropriate Sabbath day activity?
Maybe he rode his bike to church.At this rate Ben, I think you'll be able to make it to Albuquerque for Amy's wedding with no problem (you might have to leave a day early, though).

I think it's fine if you're listening to some good MOTAB and enjoying the beauty of the earth! Great job by the way Ben, so far all I'm able to do is run a mile and a half.
